Kalinga Heirloom Unoy Premium Rice
This rice is cooked in the same manner as regular white or brown rice. It has a nutty quality similar to brown rice with a huskier, more earthy taste.
You can cook it using a rice cooker by combining 1 cup of Kalinga Heirloom Unoy Premium rice with 1.5 to 2 cups of water.
Bring it to a boil for around 15 minutes then keep it Warm for another 30 minutes to slow cook, and get the desired softness and water content.
Fluff the rice with a fork and it’s ready to serve. If you want to store leftover rice, best to add a little vinegar. Keep in a ref for up to 2 days longer if kept in the freezer.
